Values Matter: Teamwork

In the final video of our Values Matter series, Collin Thompson discusses our core value of Teamwork.

Country Club Bank's five core values are Achievement, Compassion, Enthusiasm, Integrity and Teamwork. These values, together with our Mission and Vision, help differentiate us from our competition. They bond us with a shared sense of purpose. And they should always be top of mind for every associate when making business decisions.

The values are captured collectively by the acronym ACE-IT, which recalls Byron's challenge to all: Done? Or done well? We have created a video series featuring each core value to help us understand it and to "ACE IT" in our daily actions.

Teamwork is combining our skills, knowledge and resources to achieve something greater than what we can accomplish individually. It unleashes our collective potential, leading to innovation, efficiencies and a sense of community.
