Values Matter: Enthusiasm

Chris Thompson explains our third core value, Enthusiasm.

Country Club Bank's five core values are Achievement, Compassion, Enthusiasm, Integrity and Teamwork. These values, combined with our Mission and Vision, help differentiate us from our competition. They bond us with a shared sense of purpose. And they should always be top of mind for every associate when making business decisions.

Enthusiasm is a valuable asset in the professional and personal world, driving motivation, purpose and productivity. By cultivating and maintaining enthusiasm in the workplace, we all can enhance our performance and contribute to a more fulfilling and rewarding experience.
