Two CCB affiliates—The Capital Corporation and CC Capital Advisors—have merged.

The Capital Corporation and CC Capital Advisors, two Country Club Bank M/A affiliates, merged on May 27. The merger creates one of the Midwest's most comprehensive investment banking groups.

The Capital Corporation specializes in M&A advisory services for community banks. CC Capital Advisors focuses on general commercial M&A services, including capital raising and corporate finance advisory services.

Sharing resources, ideas and opportunities will provide more comprehensive access to areas for growth and a larger pool of expertise for clients.

John Hense and Bob Wray will co-manage the merged entity. The group will operate under the CC Capital Advisors name and operate from our Mission Woods location. Associate phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same for now.
