Congratulations, Team CCB! The Kansas City Business Journal has released the 2024 Best Places to Work—and Country Club Bank was selected in the Large (251-500 employees) Business category.

This award is particularly meaningful because our associates provided insights about the CCB environment, including whether the culture supports their health and well-being, in a confidential survey. Honorees are selected based on the results of these surveys. To qualify, companies must have a minimum of five employees in the Kansas City area, and a specific percentage of those employees must complete the survey.
This year’s 45 honorees are awarded into five categories, based on the local headcount. The three top-scoring companies in each category will be revealed during the Best Places to Work awards event on Oct. 23 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Thanks to each of you for contributing to an uplifting workplace environment in which every team member is encouraged to excel and has the opportunity to attain their goals!
