No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. – Aesop

Every year since 2019, Michelle Robin’s Big Shifts Foundation has spearheaded a 31-day Kindness Campaign to promote kindness to ourselves and others.
Researchers at the University of California–Berkeley have found that people who are kind tend to have higher self-esteem, a greater sense of self-efficacy, less depression, less anxiety and improved physical health. Overall, the researchers discovered that people who engage in informal acts of kindness tend to have higher well-being.
Country Club Bank will be joining businesses, schools, and individuals around the world for the 2022 Kindness Campaign. As we lift others up, we’ll heal them and ourselves!
Details of the CCB campaign will be provided in a future email. Until then, here’s an overview of some of the activities we’re planning to generate positivity:
Share Post-It Note “Kindness Kudos” with associates
Share inspirational messages with clients and the community
Collect items for a food drive benefitting Faxon Elementary starting 11/14
As Michelle says, "I believe all of us want to be happier ... and one way to be happier is to be kind.”
