M&A Activity in KC Captured in 2022 Report

CC Capital Advisors releases report on the state of mergers and acquisitions in 2022.

The report highlights 274 transactions involving Kansas City-area companies—a record number of transactions for the second year in a row and a year-over-year increase of 8.3%, in the face of economic headwinds that slowed transaction volume as the year progressed. Despite the headwinds, sidelined cash helped partially fuel the increase.

CC Capital Advisors, in particular, had a noteworthy 2022 advising several outstanding companies on nine completed transactions representing a number of industries and transaction types.
