What do you do at Country Club Bank?

As the Financial Center Manager in Belton, I oversee the location’s sales and deposit goals—and coach the best darn team in the bank!

How did you get into banking? 

I went to the local bank in my hometown of Hallsville to drop off a loan payment for my dad. While I was there, I was offered a part-time teller job and have been in banking ever since.

What drew you to CCB?

I wanted to work for a smaller institution. My family had moved to Cass County, so I started looking for jobs closer to home. I found my fit with CCB!

How have you been able to advance your career at CCB? 

I started as a relationship banker at CCB and advanced from that position to assistant financial center manager and then to my current role.

What advice would you give other CCB associates about advancing within the bank? 

Be genuine and sincere with your words and your actions. Be consistent. Meet and get to know your partners within the bank—there are some really great people here!

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I love trout fishing and recently got a camper at Bennett Springs, Missouri. My wife owns an equestrian business, so we have 20 horses. We also have a miniature donkey. Only one horse and Dave the Donkey live at home, thank goodness!
