CCBers Save Lives

The annual blood drive exceeded our goal of 25 participants—and will make a difference in the lives of dozens of Kansas Citians!

CCBers who turned out to give blood during our annual blood drive can surely relate to Nellita Goes’ lyrics!

On July 25, 28 CCB associates donated 25 units of lifesaving blood to the Community Blood Center of Greater Kansas City. Approximately 75 lives will be saved, thanks to the contributions of CCBers! The Community Blood Center provides nearly 200,000 blood products to 65 area hospitals each year.
