CCBers Help Fight Hunger

Updated: Dec 5, 2022

Bank associates organized a food drive that benefited Faxon Elementary and also spent two days working at Harvesters to provide families and children with access to foods and household items.

Food Drive During Kindness Campaign Yields Big Bounty

As part of the annual 31-day global Kindness Campaign, Country Club Bank organized a community-wide food drive to benefit Faxon Elementary in the Kansas City, Missouri, School District.

Associates and customers donated 2,073 shelf-stable, easy-to-prepare food items through our 21 financial centers.

Congratulations to Harrisonville for winning the coveted denim day on December 9! They donated a total of 438 items and were the lucky drawing winners. Enjoy your jeans this Friday!

Well done, Team CCB!

Giving Harvesters a Hand

Several CCB associates mobilized at the Harvesters facility on Topping Avenue during two days in November to help feed the hungry in our community. They sorted and repacked food, including nonperishable food, fresh produce, bread and meat. They also packed BackSnacks.

Through the efforts of local volunteers, Harvesters is able to feed more that 226,000 Kansas City area residents every month.

We are thankful for all our associates who took the time to volunteer!
