This summer has been a sizzler, but it hasn't stopped CCBers from continuing their red-hot community outreach efforts!
Happy Bottoms Diaper Drive
CCB's amazing customers and associates donated 3,400 diapers and almost $1,000 in cash during our recent diaper drive. HappyBottoms serves 22,000 children living in diaper need throughout the Kansas City metro by distributing 2.7 million diapers annually.
Wayside Waifs - Wednesday, July 13
CRT split into two groups with one team folding and sorting all the laundry that was newly washed from donations while the other organized the pet food pantry that contains all the food donated specifically for families having a hard time feeding their furry family members.
Pawsabilities/Inclusion Connections - Tuesday, July 25
When CCB associates weren’t sewing, sorting, baking, cutting, creating or decorating, they were engaging with the amazing young adults that run Pawsibilities in Olathe. Pawsabilities is the jobs program of Inclusion Connections, an organization dedicated to strengthening the lives of individuals with disabilities.
XamSlam - Saturday, July 29
Country Club Bank was proud to sponsor the sixth annual Maxwell T. Ward Foundation Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament, the “XamSlam," on July 29.
Held at Shawnee Mission Beach Volleyball, the event is the annual fundraiser for the Maxwell T. Ward Foundation, a 501c(3) charitable organization co-founded by PJ Thompson and dedicated to benefiting Kansas City youth suffering from cardiovascular illnesses.
