CCB wins Silver in KC Star's Kansas City Favorites awards!

Every year, the Kansas City Star publishes a "Kansas City Favorites" special edition to highlight and support area businesses. Readers vote for the businesses they love most. CCB received a Silver ranking for 2025 among voters in the Bank category!


This year's program received more than 270,000 votes, a 45% increase over last year. More than 4,900 businesses, organizations and individuals competed in 274 categories.



Graduate School of Banking Graduates

Two Country Club Bank associates graduated from the prestigious Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in Boulder recently.


Sam Barton, Senior Vice President and Credit Officer, and Paul Schalekamp, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, were recognized at a ceremony in Boulder, Colorado on July 24.


The Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, founded in 1950, offers banking education for community bank leaders that reflects current industry topics. A key goal of the GSBC is to transform community bankers into effective leaders who can make a difference in their institutions and communities.
