Class of 2025


Ingram's magazine selected Toni Walsh, Chief Human Resources Officer, for their Women Executives - Kansas City Class of 2025. The award honors local women executives who demonstrate the qualities of positive executive leadership for their organizations and significantly contribute to the Kansas City region overall.




Mark Thompson|Board Service Recognition


The Police Foundation of Kansas City recently recognized Mark Thompson for his service on their board of directors. Mark is a founding member of the Foundation, an organization that supports the public safety programs of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department.


He’s also an active board member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission and the Harry S. Truman Good Neighbor Award Foundation, among others. 


Paul Thompson|Kansas Bankers Association


At the annual April meeting for the Kansas Bankers Association Board of Directors, Paul Thompson was recognized for completing his term on their board.


The KBA supports more than 198 Kansas banks by providing leadership, advocacy and education to better serve our communities.

 




Rachael Ausmus|Next Gen Leader


The Kansas City Business Journal selected Rachael Ausmus, SVP and Director of Private Banking, as a 2025 Next Gen Leader.


The NextGen Leaders program recognizes emerging talent in the business community and connects these leaders with resources and with each other to help build their knowledge and skill sets.


Honorees are selected for their leadership, community involvement and their ability to make an impact.
