Leavenworth Delaware's Financial Center Manager Michelle Bishop received The Main Street Pillar Award at the Leavenworth Main Street program’s annual meeting—“Celebrating Our Past, Shaping Our Future”—on January 15.

The award honors an individual who consistently goes above and beyond in their dedication to the Leavenworth Main Street program and its goals. Michelle was recognized for advancing the organization’s mission, serving as a current board member and actively participating on two committees. Michelle volunteered at nearly every event Leavenworth Main Street held in 2024, contributing an exceptional number of hours to the cause. Her unwavering commitment and tireless efforts made a significant impact on the Leavenworth community.
